Passenger car experts in Essen: Thats what makes the difference
We could choose to advertise that we can drive up repair costs needlessly. That, however, is precisely the sort of marketing strategy we avoid! We do not advertise repair costs that will not be paid after all once reviewed by the insurance companies. Instead, we draw attention to our comprehensive services. We always pursue the goal of compiling an independent and unbiased expert report. We will find solutions that are fair to all parties involved.
Most of the expert reports compiled are settled fictitiously; that means that the vehicle owner will have the repair costs indicated in the expert report paid to them. Repairs are not mandatory. The vehicle owner or leasing company will make the decision on this.
The expert report for a fictitious settlement is reviewed by the insurance company. Due to our fair and neutral procedure, our expert reports will always live up to the technical review.
Another important item supports us and our services: According to the law on third-party liability, any injured party has the right to consult an expert of their choice. Coming to us, you do not need to worry about being required to make a prepayment. We never charge in advance, even if the opponent’s insurance claims otherwise. You as the injured party will sign our declaration of assignment in the scope of inspection. It states that we are allowed to settle our costs directly with the opponent’s insurance. These costs are part of the claim to damages.
We will find a solution that leaves all parties satisfied even in the rare case that you are assigned shared liability and only half of our costs will be covered by the opponent.

What to do in case of an accident that was not due to your fault
Accidents that were not due to your fault are subject to third-party liability law. That means that the person who caused the accident must cover any damage-related costs. In this case, you have the right to charge a free expert of your choice. You do not need to accept an expert assigned by the insurance!
Advice: The police often impose a flat-rate fine at the site of the accident. If you believe that you were not at fault and do not share fault in the accident, you may refuse to pay this. You can make a written statement on the accident later. Your refusal will be recorded in the accident report that is drawn up. If the cause of the accident is in doubt, it is advisable to involve a lawyer specialising in traffic law.
We will gladly help you in that case as well and recommend lawyers we have been cooperating with successfully for a long time.
